Our charcuterie has a minimum three month shelf life and can be kept in a cupboard until opened. Once opened, store it in the fridge and eat within five days.

No. Curing and air drying make the meat safe to eat as it is, so everything is ready to eat straight from the pack. Much of it also tastes excellent cooked.
