  • On our farm in Dorset, we ferment, smoke, cure and age wild, free-range or grass-fed British meat - creating a range of multi-award winning, uniquely flavoured British charcuterie

Our founders, James and Lucy, work alongside a passionate team with over a decade of technical know-how. From salami to pepperoni, to chorizo to dried hams, The Real Cure range is broad and delicious. We harness complimentary flavours of the very best quality, using expertly sourced ingredients like black truffle, Dorset cider, Blue Vinny Cheese and the best herbs and spices in the production of our cured meats.

The Real Cure’s range of British charcuterie includes Dorset Nduja, Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami, Wild Venison Pepperoni, Fennel and White Pepper Salami; made from free-range British pork, Dorset Chorizo Picante, Black Truffle Salami, and many more cured meats. Charcuterie snacking sticks including Beef Snacking Salami and Wild Venison Beer Sticks are popular additions to the range.

Our aging rooms have strands of good mould (similarly  beneficial to flavour as with the mould found on blue cheese) which is unique to our produce. We are proud to produce charcuterie from the best British produce with flavours you can’t find anywhere else.

Building a decadent charcuterie board is super simple using our range. The Real Cure Hartgrove Coppa is a flagship 3 star Great-Taste award winning air-dried ham that is a must for any cheese and charcuterie board.

A comprehensive range of charcuterie letterbox gifts and hamper gifts are available to order online. With personalised notes and delivery direct to the lucky recipient available to you. We deliver charcuterie nationwide, from London to Lands End and Manchester to the Isle of Mull, and have stockists throughout the British Isles for you to shop in-store – including Fortnum & Mason, The Newt, Gloucester Services, and Waitrose.

Buying salami and other cured meats online has never been so simple. Next day delivery is available for those who order before midday and our deliveries can be left somewhere safe, so you don’t need to be in to receive your order. The Real Cure’s entire range does not need to be refrigerated until opened, so storage at home is very flexible.

If you would like to know more about the technicalities of curing meat and making charcuterie you can come along to one of our charcuterie courses, hosted by our founder James. You will leave the day with enough experience and information to enjoy making your own cured meats at home, as well as leaving with plenty of goodies including the salamis and chorizos you make on the day and some of our retail product range, as well as a full stomach after a delicious breakfast and lunch.
