For the charcuterie lovers out there, it doesn’t get better than the Monthly Charcuterie Subscription Letterbox!

The Real Cure’s subscription box is a great way to enjoy a wide variety of our award-winning, artisan British charcuterie. Each month you’ll receive your letterbox size subscription box through the post containing a different selection of five of our most popular cured meats.

A great way to try the range of charcuterie and experiment with different flavours. Try our versatile products in a wide variety of recipes, as part of a charcuterie sharing platter or simply enjoy as a tasty snack.

Each Letterbox Charcuterie Hamper will include a selection of 3 of our most popular cured meats, all made from wild British deer, free range pork and grass fed beef.

All items are gluten free, have a minimum 2 month shelf life and do not need to be refrigerated until opened.

How it works:

  1. Subscription boxes are dispatched around the 17th of each month with the cut off for orders being the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th of the month will be dispatched the following month.

  2. Your card will be charged each month before we dispatch your order.

  3. Your subscription will continue to run until you update your preferences.

  4. We carefully choose the contents of each box to ensure you try our full range of products on a regular rotation.

An example of our Monthly Charcuterie Subscription Hamper:

Smoked Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami (110g) - 2 Star Great Taste Award Winner - Made using wild British venison, sloe berries, fresh garlic and a good glug of red wine. Smoked over oak chips for 3 days. Ideal on a charcuterie board or for snacking with a pint.

Dorset Chorizo Picante (150g) - 1 Star Great Taste Award winner - This free range pork chorizo is made using hot and sweet smoked paprika. Ready to eat, our chorizo is perfect for snacking or enjoying as part of a charcuterie or antipasti board. It’s equally delicious used as a cooking ingredient in stews, paellas, with fish or on sourdough pizza.

Dorset Bresaola (55g) - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - A delicate cure of crushed bay leaves, red wine and rosemary. The long ageing process combined with the highest quality grass fed beef makes this a very special product. Perfect for any charcuterie board or serve with rocket and parmesan shavings for the ideal summer lunch.
