This letterbox charcuterie hamper includes a selection of our most popular cured meats including White Pepper & Fennel Salami, Dorset Blue Vinny & Fig Salami and Dorset Chorizo Picante, all made from free range pork and locally sourced ingredients. The salamis arrive neatly packaged in a letterbox size box for easy delivery and can include a handwritten gift note.
Our charcuterie Gift Boxes and Hampers currently have a minimum of two months shelf life and do not need to be refrigerated until opened.

Fennel & White Pepper Salami (150g) - A wonderfully versatile pork salami with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. Great as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection or try as a topping for sourdough pizza.
Dorset Chorizo Picante (150g) - This free range pork chorizo is made using hot and sweet smoked paprika. Ready to eat, our chorizo is perfect for snacking or enjoying as part of a charcuterie or antipasti board. It’s equally delicious used as a cooking ingredient in stews, paellas, with fish or on sourdough pizza.
Dorset Blue Vinny & Fig Salami (150g) - This award winning free range pork salami is made using made using renowned local farmhouse blue cheese, Dorset Blue Vinny. We combine the punchy Dorset Blue Vinny cheese with sweet figs for a wonderful balance of flavour. Enjoy on its own or as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti platter.
