Earthy, rich and indulgent Black Truffle Salami
An unctuous new arrival to our range. A wonderfully balanced free range pork salami with earthy grated black truffle and a hint of black pepper. Previously available as a whole salami in 2024 as a limited edition. Proven so popular and delicious that it is now a mainstay of our core range.
This indulgent salami is perfect on its own, as part of a meat and cheese board, or try using in a sourdough toastie for an extra special lunch with a hint of luxury.
