Creating delicious pizzas at home has never been simpler.
The Pizza Topping’s Platter contains 3 different cured meats that are just perfect on pizza. They compliment passata and cheese really well and are packed full of flavour.
This platter will generously top 3 pizzas of each flavour, or, combine them to make an ultimate meat feast style pizza for 8-10 people.
All items are gluten free and do not need to be refrigerated until opened. Once opened, use within 3 days.

The Pizza Toppings Platter contains three award-winning cured meats that are perfect to garnish pizzas with
Dorset Chorizo Picante (50g) - Sweet and smokey free range pork chorizo, a real crowd pleaser when it comes to pizza, packed with paprika for a subtle heat.
Wild Venison Pepperoni (50g) - For a delicious twist on the classic pepperoni pizza - made with chilli and caraway. Oak smoked for 36 hours.
Fennel & White Pepper Salami (50g) - Versatile free range pork salami made with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. The perfect cured meat for a modern pizza, aromatic and herby for something a little different.
Add some Dorset Nduja to your basket, great for adding spice to your pizzas. 200g of nduja will generously top 6-8 pizzas.
